Being Active & Healthy Eating

If you wish to get in touch in regard to your child being active, then please email Mrs Morgan at cmorgan@weaver.cheshire.sch.uk

During this challenging time, taking care of our physical health will be very important.

We have a PE Twitter account - @WeaverPrimaryPE - that you can follow.

The following links are videos that will allow your children to be active in the home - with little or no equipment needed.

Let's get active Team Weaver and click on the links below...

REAL PE

All parents/carers are now able to gain access to a PE resource called 'Real PE'.  This is an online programme that supports families to be active, play and learn together. It includes programmes that are specifically designed for children in Early Years and Key Stage 1 with 12 themes, 6 areas, over 250 activities and challenges, for hours of fun and activity.

It also includes a programme for children in Key Stage 2, with daily and weekly guidance provided for both programmes in addition to an option to choose your own themes and activities.
