Home Learning 1.06.20
Hello team 5, I do hope you are all well and safe and you have enjoyed some family time over the half term, making the most of the beautiful weather. From 1st June, I will be in school full time with a group of key worker children. Please keep sending tweets and emails and lots of photos showing the activities you are up to. I will reply as soon as I can.
English Home Learning
The Oak National Academy-This week the lessons include comprehension, SPaG and writing linked to a story.
Alternatively, continue with the comprehensions in your workbook or use Hamilton Trust below. This week has work on speeches, song lyrics and poetry. The powerpoint, which links with day 4, is well worth looking at to revise relative clauses.
Please spend time learning homophones on Spelling Frame. There are 4 different sets of words to practise and learn. Do remember to log in and to do the test after practising. You've got this. Another great spelling website is Sir Linkalot. You can still sign up for free.

White Rose - This week is work on multiplying fractions and fractions of amounts. Great revision and good preparation for year 6.
This week, as a school, we are focusing on your well being and how having a positive outlook can improve your happiness. Please look at the powerpoint and try the worksheets below. Other activities and information can be found on the School Home Learning Tab.
Other suitable Websites for foundation subject lessons.
Have fun learning. Stay active and enjoy this great weather. Above all, be kind to others and to yourself. Stay positive and keep talking about how you are feeling. You are terrific class 5 (that includes all you parents who are doing a great juggling act right now ) and I will hopefully see you all soon.
Have a great week.
